Our shipping policy
For Quebec and Ontario orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery.
For United States orders, please allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery.
Canadian orders will be shipped by Purolator or Canada Post.
United States orders will be shipped by Purolator or UPS.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.

Airstage locations
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on orders $60+ being sent to an address that is only accessible by airplane. If you live in a fly-in location, or only have access to a P.O. box, please contact our customer service department at info@mintndry.com and we will be happy to find a solution to accommodate you. Please be aware that you may be charged extra for delivery to these addresses, as the shipping costs are typically higher. To help lessen the financial burden for our customers, we'll put the equivalent of 20% of your order total towards shipping costs.

Our exchange & return policy
Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons and quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Damaged products or order errors
For each situation mentioned as below or other, you have up to 5 days from the moment you received the package to contact our customer service at 1-514-686-2859, or kindly email us at info@mintndry.com to obtain an exchange or a return.

Cancellations
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
